1 Killed and 1 Hospitalized in Oceanside Auto Accident on North Avenue
OCEANSIDE, CA (November 15, 2021) – Sunday morning, Edgar Soto died and a person sustained injuries in a solo crash on North Avenue.
According to Sgt. David Paul of the Oceanside Police Department, the incident happened at around 7:18 a.m. Moreover, it occurred at the 4500 block of North Avenue.
Reports revealed that a vehicle veered across all lanes of traffic. Then, it went down an embankment and collided with a tree.
Moreover, responders transported the vehicle driver, Edgar Soto of Oceanside, and a male passenger to a hospital. However, Soto later succumbed to his injuries.
Furthermore, officials believed that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
