Fatal Hesperia Semi-Truck Accident on 15 Freeway Leaves Edgar Lopez Dead

VICTORVILLE, CA (September 13, 2022) – On September 12, Edgar Lopez, 37, died in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near Bear Valley Road.

According to the authorities, the fatal Hesperia accident happened at around 4:56 a.m. Also, the collision occurred on southbound Interstate 15, between Bear Valley Road and Main Street.

Reports revealed that the incident involved two tractor-trailer semis, a white van, and a work truck that was on its way to the Inland Empire.

Moreover, responders pronounced two victims, driver Jorge Cisneros, 43, and passenger Edgar Lopez, dead at the scene.

Cisneros was a resident of Hesperia, while Lopez resided in Victorville.

Then, paramedics transported the third victim to Antelope Valley Hospital via helicopter.

Furthermore, officials closed the southbound lanes of the 15 Freeway for several hours to give way to the responders.
