1 Dead in Victorville Motorcycle Accident on National Trails Highway
VICTORVILLE, CA (October 29, 2019) – A 41-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident on National Trails Highway on October 25.
The incident that killed 41-year-old motorcyclist Eddie George St Cyr Jr., occurred at around 4:19 a.m. on National trails Highway, north of the I-15 freeway, near the Cemex Victorville Plant.
Upon the deputies’ arrival at the single-vehicle crash, they found Eddie George St Cyr Jr. several feet from his 2019 Harley Davidson motorcycle. After that, authorities pronounced him dead at the scene.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the rider traveled north on National Trails. However, he lost control of his bike and went off the road into a dirt field ejecting the rider.
The sheriff’s news release states, “Investigators are looking into whether drugs, alcohol or vehicle speed was a factor in the collision.”
The crash remains under investigation of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Victorville City Station.
