The two-vehicle crash occurred at around 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Crescent Bar Road.
Trooper John Bryant said Geren, the Toyota pickup driver, was at fault in the incident.
“The Toyota pickup was stopped at the stop sign on Crescent Bar Road at the junction with State Route 28. The driver attempted to make a left turn onto westbound SR 28 and was struck by a Honda (passenger car) traveling eastbound,” says Bryant.
