Matthew Galea Arrested in Sutter Creek Collision
Sutter Creek, CA (May 19, 2022) – On Tuesday, Dylan Yoacham, 15, a sophomore at Amador High School, died in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 49.
It was about 8:35 p.m. when the fatal crash took place at the intersection with Valley View Way.
Officers say Yoacham and another were crossing the roadway when he was struck by Matthew Galea, 40, of Shingle Springs
Moreover, the authorities arrested Galea on Wednesday for his alleged involvement in the hit-and-run.
Unfortunately, Yoacham lost his life in the accident.
