1 Killed in North San Juan Accident on Tyler Foote Road near Oak Tree Road
NORTH SAN JUAN, CA (October 12, 2022) – Tuesday morning, Dylan Baggett sustained injuries in a fatal single-vehicle crash on Tyler Foote Road near Oak Tree Road
The incident happened at around 9:10 a.m. on Tyler Foote Road near Oak Tree Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 1993 Toyota pickup veered off the roadway for still unknown reasons. Then, it struck a pine tree and overturned.
Moreover, officials confirmed that the truck driver, 32-year-old Dylan Baggett, managed to extricate himself from the vehicle. Then, firefighters extricated and rushed a 5-year-old female passenger of the truck to UC Davis Children’s Hospital in Sacramento. However, she later succumbed to injuries.
Also, paramedics transported Baggett to Sutter Roseville Medical Center with minor injuries.
Furthermore, officers do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident.
Meanwhile, the fatal crash remained under active investigation.
