Suspected DWI Crash on FM 1484 Injures 4-Year-Old Girl [Conroe, TX]

Conroe, TX (April 19, 2024) On Wednesday evening, a 4-year-old girl was hurt and hospitalized after a suspected DWI crash on FM 1484.

According to Texas DPS, the 2-vehicle crash happened on FM 1484 at Heritage Ranch Road.

Reports say that the crash involved a Toyota 4-Runner and another vehicle.

Officials say that the Toyota crossed onto the opposite lane and collided with the other vehicle. First responders found both vehicles heavily damaged.

Medics immediately rushed to aid the 4-year-old girl who sustained serious injuries. Officials say that the child was in cardiac arrest and suffered a head injury as well as a possible broken arm. Medics rushed the girl to Memorial Hermann in The Woodlands.

Meanwhile, the child was in her mother’s friend vehicle, officials say that the driver of the vehicle was also taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Meanwhile, the Toyota diver was also hurt and hospitalized, afterward, the driver was taken into custody and is facing charges for Driving While Intoxicated.
