Butte College Custodian Identified as Man Killed in Crash near Campus
OROVILLE, CA (June 25, 2019) – Butte College officials identified Dwayne Tamayo as the man killed in a crash on Butte College Drive, Tuesday evening.
According to campus police, Tamayo’s vehicle drove into a fence on campus at about 9:00 PM.
Unfortunately, Tamayo died at the scene of the crash. It is unknown whether or not Tamayo had a passenger at the time of the collision.
Investigators believe that Tamayo had a medical emergency before he drove into the fence. Additional information will be released to the public once it becomes available.
