Durran Heaney Injured, Miguel Garcia Arrested after DUI Crash on the Antelope Valley Freeway in Lancaster

 
Lancaster, CA (September 14, 2020) – Sunday night, a 38-year-old Durran Heaney from Quartz Hill sustained injuries in a DUI Crash on the Antelope Valley Freeway.
 
The incident happened at around 9:45 p.m. on September 13.
 
Reportedly, Heaney driving a 2019 Harley Davidson southbound on SR-14 in the No. 2 lane when he was rear-ended by a 2008 Honda travelling at a high rate of speed.
 
Both vehicles left the west roadway edge and overturned into the median. Both then transported to hospitals for treatment.
 
Police arrested a 32-year-old Miguel Garcia of Lancaster at Antelope Valley Hospital for driving under the influence of drugs and later booked at Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Lancaster Station Jail.
 
Moreover, Garcia is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail, according to LASD inmate records.
