Rollover Collision Blocks Lanes near 10 Freeway

BALDWIN PARK, CA (December 10, 2018) – A dump truck overturned in a crash on northbound 605 Freeway, Monday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 10:14 AM, near the eastbound 10 Freeway connector. Based on their report, a dump truck overturned in the transition road. As a result, cylinder blocks were seen scattered in the lanes. It was not clear if there were other vehicles involved in the incident.

The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. One person was seen moving out of the truck, but there was no update released regarding the victim’s condition.

A SigAlert was issued closing the northbound to eastbound lanes of the freeway, while recovery and clearing operations took place. An investigation is ongoing to determine cause of the rollover. Additional information will be released once it becomes available.
