Two Injured in Two-Vehicle DUI Crash on Abby Street and Olive Avenue in Fresno

Fresno, CA (November 26, 2021) – Thursday evening, two drivers sustained injuries in a two-vehicle DUI crash on Abby Street and Olive Avenue

The crash in Fresno happened just after 7 p.m. on November 25. 

Fresno Police said a man in his 20s was driving a silver Honda north on Abby when he ran a red light at the intersection. The Honda crashed into a vehicle going west on Olive.

The two vehicles then veered to the northwest corner, where they collided with a utility box, causing the traffic lights to shut down at Abby Street and Olive Avenue, and Olive and Blackstone avenues.

Both drivers sustained minor injuries. Police arrested the Honda driver for DUI.

No other details are immediately available.

Further investigation is ongoing.
