Fresno, CA (December 23, 2023) – Early Saturday morning, two people sustained injuries in a solo vehicle crash on Belmont and Minnewawa Avenues.

The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. at Silver Lakes Apartment on Belmont and Minnewawa avenues.

Reportedly, a woman under the influence crashed her vehicle into an apartment building in east-central Fresno, injuring two minors.

Fortunately, no residents inside the apartment were harmed. At the time of the crash, there were four individuals in the car, including two minors who were subsequently hospitalized. 

Law enforcement officers arrested the woman responsible for the crash on charges of driving under the influence.
