Drivers Injured in Highway 99 Collision [Chico, CA]

Chico, CA (November 18, 2023) – Two drivers were injured following a Highway 99 collision Wednesday afternoon.

The rear-end collision happened minutes past 3 p.m. at Garner Lane.

Investigators said a Chrysler was stopped at the intersection when a Scion rear-ended it.

The rescuers transported the woman driving the stopped vehicle to the hospital with a leg injury. 

Similarly, the Scion driver was also hospitalized.

Officers are investigating the traffic accident.
