Drivers Injured in 2-Vehicle Collision on Ramona Avenue [Chino, CA]

Chino, CA (June 30, 2023) – At about 1 a.m. on Tuesday, two drivers were injured following a traffic collision on Ramona Avenue.

The traffic accident occurred at about 1 a.m. in the area of Riverside Drive.

It appears that s driver ran a red light and plowed into another vehicle, causing one of the vehicles to erupt in flames.

The driver was still seated in the burning vehicle when officers arrived. Luckily, the rescuers managed to pull that driver out of the vehicle.

Both drivers were transported to a hospital and are expected to survive.

Officers are still investigating the collision on Riverside Drive.
