San Francisco, CA (May 26, 2024) – A driver was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 80 early Sunday morning.

It was about 5:30 a.m. when the three-vehicle crash was reported on the westbound freeway east of the Harrison Street offramp in Bay Bridge.

One of the involved drivers sustained minor injuries while the driver who allegedly caused the collision fled the crash scene. The authorities later found and arrested that driver.

There is no update on the condition of the third driver.
