Woman Hits Two Cars, Arrested After Police Pursuit on Southbound I-5 in Seatac
Seatac, WA (August 24, 2020) – On Sunday, police arrested a 31-year-old woman after receiving several reports of reckless driving on Southbound I-5 at 188th Street.
The driver collided with two parked cars in an off-site parking lot near the airport and attempted to hit two pedestrians nearby with their luggage.
A SeaTac deputy caught up to the driver on southbound I-5 at South 188th Street, where they attempted a traffic stop. However, the driver refused to stop, and the pursuit was initiated.
The woman was taken into custody near Fife without incident.
Further investigation to determine the driver’s level of impairment is ongoing.
