Authorities Searching for Suspect in Bakersfield Accident on Q Street

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (July 31, 2020) – The driver involved in a hit-and-run crash on Q Street last July 6 is still at large.
 
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the incident happened at about 10:30 a.m. The suspect took part in a crash on Q Street and W. Columbus Street. Afterward, the suspect escaped from the crash scene without exchanging insurance information with the victim.
 
Moreover, the authorities revealed that a suspect is a white man in his 20s or 30s. He’s a medium build with a goatee and a tattoo on his right forearm. The suspect drove a black 2000 GMC Yukon with a red hood and no front bumper.
 
The authorities encourage anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts to contact BPD at 661-327-7111.
