1 Hospitalized after Chain-Reaction Crash near Mohawk Street

BAKERSFIELD, CA (November 21, 2018) – A driver was injured Wednesday afternoon following a four-vehicle crash on Rosedale Highway. The identity of the victim was not disclosed to the public.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened near Mohawk Street. Several vehicles were heading north through the intersection when a westbound Acura ran the light, causing a chain-reaction crash.

One driver suffered serious injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment and evaluation. Further updates on the victim’s current medical condition were not immediately provided. No other injuries were reported by the authorities.
