Driver Paul Lester Dies in Highway 121 Collision [Fannin County, TX]

Fannin County, TX (July 3, 2024) – Paul Lester, 70, of Paris, was killed in a Highway 121 collision Monday afternoon.

Texas DPS said Lester was northbound on the freeway when he made a U-turn and was hit by an oncoming car.

Sadly, Lester was killed at the crash scene while his passenger was transported to Texoma Medical Center with serious injuries.

The other car’s driver was transported to Baylor Scott & White Hospital in McKinney with serious injuries.

This fatal crash is still under investigation.
