Driver Dies in Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 10 in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (August 27, 2021) – Early Friday morning, a driver died in a two-vehicle crash on the westbound Interstate 10 at 35th Avenue. 

The fatal crash in Phoenix happened at around 4:30 a.m. on August 27. 

According to the Department of Public Safety, the crash involved two vehicles. However, the circumstances leading to this incident remain under investigation.

Authorities pronounced one driver dead. Meanwhile, the suspect driver of the van remains in the hospital.

Further investigation is ongoing.
