DEERPARK, TX (September 22, 2024) – Saturday morning, a driver died in a brutal traffic crash on SH 225 Eastbound.

The incident involving two vehicles happened just before 1:15 p.m. on SH 225 Eastbound.

According to reports, a driver died after a crash with a car driving towards oncoming traffic.

All main lanes and both shoulders of SH-255 were closed after the crash, but the highway was reopened shortly after 7 a.m.
