Woman Killed After Car Crash into Tree in Wildomar

 
WILDOMAR, CA (July 23, 2019) – A driver died in a solo vehicle crash on Bundy Canyon Road Sunday morning.
 
The Sheriff’s Department said they received a call about the incident at about 8:00 a.m. A Toyota Echo was eastbound on Bundy Canyon Road near Oak Creek Road when it crossed into the opposite lane. It subsequently left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
 
The driver of the vehicle died in the crash. Officials have not released her name and age pending notification of her family.
 
Investigators are looking into whether drugs or alcohol contributed in the crash. Deputies asked anyone who may have information to call them at 951-245-3300.
