Sacramento Hit-and-Run Crash on Highway 50 Kills One

 
WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (April 11, 2019) – A person was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 50 Wednesday at around 2:00 a.m. The crash involving three vehicles happened near Harbor Boulevard.
 
Investigators said two cars were involved in a crash on westbound Highway 50. Both drivers got out of their cars, but one of them was fatally struck by a third car. They were propelled to the eastbound side of the highway with the other driver unharmed.
 
The driver in the third car left the scene. The third car investigators are searching for has been described as a small white Ford Fusion or Escape.
