SANTA MARIA, CA (January 2, 2021) – Late Saturday morning, a driver died in a hit-and-run crash on Main Street and Bonita School Road.
 
At 11:24 a.m., a Black Nissan crashed into a ditch. Then, when the driver exited the Nissan, a black Honda hit him. However, the Honda’s driver fled the scene after the crash.
 
When the authorities arrived at around 11:27 a.m., they confirmed that the Nissan driver died at the scene.
 
At this time, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
