Car Crashes into Tree on Highway 150 in Ojai Killing the Driver

 
OJAI, CA (October 10, 2019) – A driver was killed after a car accident early Thursday morning in Ojai, CHP officials said.
 
The crash happened around 12:10 a.m. on Highway 150, just east of Tico Road.
 
According to an initial report, a vehicle swerved off the roadway and slammed into a tree. As a result, the driver suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
 
A coroner was called to pick up the victim’s remains and conduct a full report. The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
 
The fatal crash is still on active investigation while the authorities are putting the pieces together.
