Driver Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Crash on Anway Road and El Tiro Road in Tucson
Tucson, AZ (July 5, 2021) – Monday morning, a Ford Ranger driver sustained severe injuries after a two-vehicle crash on Anway Road involving a Toyota Camry.
Subsequently, a 60-year-old Vanessa Gomez was then cited for causing serious injury or death by moving violation.
Moreover, the Tucson crash happened at around 5:30 a.m. on July 5.
Pima County Sheriff’s Department said a Toyota Camry traveled northbound on Anway, which ultimately collided with a Ford Ranger pickup that headed eastbound on El Tiro.
Emergency crews then took the ejected driver to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Meanwhile, EMS also took the Toyota Camry driver to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No other information is immediately available.
