FRESNO, CA (August 5, 2021) – Tuesday night, a driver sustained injuries in a truck crash on Fresno-Coalinga Road.
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened around midnight. Moreover, it occurred on Fresno-Coalinga Road and El Dorado Avenue, south of Five Points.
Reports revealed that a truck carrying tomatoes ran a stop sign. Then, it T-boned a semi hauling grapes.
Furthermore, responders rushed to the scene and extricated the trapped tomato truck driver. Then, the paramedics transported the driver to Fresno hospital via helicopter with major injuries.
Meanwhile, the grape truck driver sustained no injuries in the crash.
