One Injured after SUV Rear Ends Fire Truck in Hanford Crash on Highway 198
HANFORD, CA (June 10, 2019) – A driver sustained major injuries in a rear-end crash on Highway 198 near 6th Avenue Thursday morning.
The California Highway Patrol reported that an SUV struck the back of a Kings County Fire engine at around 11:00 a.m. Subsequently, the SUV hit a trailer and came to a rest on the side of the highway.
First responders took the driver to Adventist in Hanford with significant injuries. Further investigation of the crash is underway.
