Let’s Avoid Traffic Accidents
When driving, it is important to follow all driving laws and the conditions of the road. If you see any vehicle or driver that looks dangerous, keep your distance. If you see a vehicle weaving in and out of the lanes, following too closely, or traveling at a higher rate of speed, move over a few lanes and get out of their way.
Drive defensively to ensure the safety of surrounding vehicles and to avoid incidents like the Interstate 5 vehicle collision.
Interstate 5 Vehicle Collision Results in Injury
A personal injury occurs when a person suffers any kind of physical, emotional, or psychological injury. The term “personal injury” covers a wide range of cases that occur from car accidents just as what happened in the Interstate 5 vehicle collision, assaults, slip, and fall accidents, injuries from defective products or machinery, and more cases.
When the involved individual/suspect fails to meet their duty of care, unexpected and unnecessary personal injuries can take place.
Damages from a personal injury lawsuit range from emotional trauma, physical and mental disability, pain and suffering, disfigurement, bodily injuries, and a range of financial losses.
Consult with an experienced personal injury lawyer at Sweet Lawyers if you suffered injuries due to someone else’s negligence.
