SANTEE, CA (November 30, 2021) – Monday night, a driver suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Fanita Drive and Weld Boulevard.
The incident occurred just after 5:10 p.m. on Fanita Drive, north of Weld Boulevard. According to Lt. Mike Krugh, it happened south of Prospect Avenue.
As a woman pulled out of an apartment complex on Fanta Drive, another vehicle struck her.
As a result, the woman sustained serious injuries and required hospitalization.
Meanwhile, the authorities arrested the other driver due to drunk driving.
The authorities continue to investigate the crash.
