LOS ANGELES, CA (June 19, 2022) – Early Friday morning, a driver sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Central Avenue and 41st Street.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at around 1:50 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on Central Avenue and 41st Street in Los Angeles, California.

Reports revealed that a 2019 Mercedes-Benz C300 failed to stop at a red light. Then, it collided with a 2006 Nissan Altima. Afterward, the Mercedes driver fled on foot after the incident.

Moreover, responders rushed the Nissan driver to a hospital with severe injuries.

Furthermore, LAPD’s Central Traffic Division confirmed that the Mercedes-Benz owner denied driving the vehicle at the time of the crash.
