Driver Injured in 7th Avenue Vehicle Crash [Hanford, CA]

Hanford, CA (October 12, 2023) – A 1990 AMC driver was injured following a 7th Avenue vehicle crash Wednesday morning.

The 2-vehicle traffic accident happened at about 3:40 a.m. at the intersection with Grangeville Boulevard.

Investigators said that a 2013 Chevrolet was northbound on 7th Avenue approaching the intersection of Grangeville Boulevard.

The Chevrolet driver failed to stop for a posted stop sign and struck the 1990 AMC driver.

As a result, the 2013 Chevrolet spun around and the 1990 AMC rolled onto the driver’s side. 

The medical team airlifted the 1990 AMC driver to the hospital.

Officers said drugs and alcohol were not factors in this collision.
