Bakersfield School Bus and Car Crash on Belle Terrace
BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 4, 2020) – Wednesday night, a driver was hurt in an auto accident on Belle Terrace in Bakersfield.
According to reports, the incident involving a car and an unoccupied bus happened about 7:45 p.m. Moreover, the crash occurred on East Belle Terrace and South Mount Vernon Avenue.
The Bakersfield Police Department confirmed that the driver was inside the bus during the crash. Fortunately, no students occupied it during the crash.
Meanwhile, the vehicle driver was trapped in the vehicle. The fire department successfully freed the driver from the wreckage.
According to police, the driver only complained of minor pain.
The crash on Belle Terrace remains under active investigation.
