SACRAMENTO CA (October 4, 2020) – Saturday morning, a driver suffered injuries in a hospital after a truck accident on Watt Avenue.
 
According to the CHP, the incident occurred about 9:30 a.m. on Watt Avenue near Pope Avenue.
 
The California Highway Patrol added that a black Ford Fusion driver lost control. Then, he drove across the median on Watt Avenue until he crashed into the rear wheels of the tractor-trailer.
 
As a result, the Ford driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, sustained severe injuries. Furthermore, the authorities confirmed that no one else suffered injuries.
 
Also, the officials do not believe that alcohol played a role in the crash.
 
Due to limited information, the authorities continue to investigate the crash on Watt Avenue.
