Driver Dies in Vehicle Crash on Highway 41 [Kings County, CA]

Kings County, CA (July 16, 2022) – On Friday afternoon, a male driver died and a female passenger sustained injuries in a vehicle crash on Highway 41.

The authorities say it was minutes before 4 p.m. when the vehicle crashed off the freeway and into a canal.

Apparently, the northbound driver lost control of the vehicle near Omaha Avenue.

Unfortunately, the water in the canal was deep and the vehicle sank.

The passenger was able to get out of the vehicle. However, the driver did not make it out and died.
