Driver Dies in Andrews Highway Collision [Odessa, TX]

Odessa, TX (November 19, 2023) – A driver was killed and another was injured following an Andrews Highway collision Thursday night.

Investigating officers said a a silver Buick LaCrosse was northbound on Andrews Highway white Chevrolet Silverado was southbound. The Chevrolet driver attempted to turn east into a private drive.

The two vehicles collided head-on.

Immediately, the paramedics took the injured drivers to Medical Center Hospital with serious injuries.

However, the Buick driver was declared dead by medical staff.

Officers are investigating.
