Driver Dead in Fiery Collision on Excelsior Road [Mather, CA]

Mather, CA (November 15, 2024) –  A driver was killed following a fiery collision on Excelsior Road Thursday.

The deadly two-vehicle crash happened at the intersection with Kiefer Boulevard.

According to the investigators, one of the cars started a fire right after the impact and the driver was killed at the scene.

The other vehicle rolled over and its driver incurred minor injuries.

CHP is investigating this fatal collision.
