OAKLAND, CA (December 4, 2022) – Early Friday morning, a driver died in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 880 near Broadway.
 
The incident happened at around 1:00 a.m. on southbound Interstate 880 near Broadway.
 
According to reports, a speeding white Ford Crown Victoria sedan attempted to pass an International big rig. Thus, it collided with its driver’s side. Then, the force of the crash pushed the big rig to strike a highway barrier, rolling over in the process. Also, the big rig erupted into flames after the crash.
