DUI Accident Reported in Fresno on East Tulare Avenue

 
FRESNO, CA (December 11, 2018) – A man is in police custody after crashing into the patio of a Starbucks on Monday, December 10.
 
The incident occurred shortly after 12:30 a.m. on East Tulare Avenue and North First Street in Central Fresno.
 
According to the police, the driver went up the curb to the patio and struck a light pole in the street.
 
The suspect then fled on foot but was apprehended near the scene for driving under the influence.
