IRVINE, CA (September 8, 2022) – Tuesday night, authorities arrested a driver following a DUI crash on Barranca Parkway near Red Hill Avenue.
 
According to the authorities, the collision occurred at around 9:07 p.m. Also, the incident happened on Barranca Parkway near Red Hill Avenue.
 
Reports revealed that a black Hyundai sedan struck a MiniMotors Speedway Nano Pro electric scooter.
 
Moreover, responders rushed the rider to an area hospital with unknown injuries. Also, officials arrested the Hyundai driver after a series of field sobriety tests.
 
Furthermore, authorities closed all eastbound lanes of Barranca Parkway at Red Hill Avenue to give way to the investigation.
