Drake Pakootas Killed, Another Injured in Inchelium Crash
Inchelium, WA (October 27, 2021) – On Saturday, a teen from the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, 15-year-old Drake Pakootas dies, while his girlfriend suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Colville Reservation.
The fatal crash took place at about 1 p.m. when a suspected drunk driver ran a stop sign and struck the four-wheeler vehicle Pakootas was driving.
Unfortunately, Drake succumbed to injuries from the fatal incident.
On the other hand, emergency responders took his girlfriend to Sacred Heart with serious injuries.
The involved driver immediately fled the crash scene.
