Stockdale Highway Crash Injures West High School Graduate Doug Allmon, Joshua Ramage Arrested

 
Bakersfield, CA (May 06, 2021) – On May 1, West High School graduate Doug Allmon, and another, were injured, and police arrested 41-year-old Joshua Ramage in a suspected DUI crash on Stockdale Highway.
 
The accident took place at around 9:15 p.m. at the intersection of California Avenue.
 
Officers said Ramage crashed with Allmon and another person riding bicycles. Ramage seriously injured Allmon and immediately fled the crash scene.
 
Allmon suffered life-threatening injuries and was in critical condition.
 
On the other hand, the second person incurred non-fatal injuries.
 
Moreover, officers arrested Ramage on suspicion of driving under the influence resulting in injuries and hit-and-run involving serious bodily injury.
 
A GoFundMe was set up for Allmon to help pay for medical bills.
