Abilene Resident Donan Myron Justice Killed in Highway 351 Hit-and-Run Crash [Abilene, TX]

Abilene, TX (March 2, 2024) – 59-year-old Donan Myron Justice, a disabled pedestrian, was killed following a Highway 351 hit-and-run crash Thursday morning.

According to the accident report, Justice was traveling near the Walmart entrance when he was hit by two vehicles before 6:00 a.m. 

Sadly, Justice was declared dead at the scene.

Both drivers, John Daniel Gonzales, 58, of Abilene, and Robby Wayne Hale, 37, of Clyde, fled the scene right after the accident. The authorities arrested both of them on a warrant for an accident involving death.

Police are now looking for a 3rd driver they want to question. Officers are investigating.
