DPS Investigates Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Highway 62
El Paso, TX (April 23, 2024) On Wednesday morning, 46-year-old Donald Samuel Brown of Phoenix, died in a horrific pedestrian crash on US 62.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the fatal accident happened at about 4:30 a.m. on April 17 along U.S. 62, about 64 miles west of El Paso.
Reports say that a man was found dead on the side of the roadway along the roadway at U.S. 62 and Farm-to-Market Road 1473.
Officials say that a witness found the lifeless body of a pedestrian suspected to be struck by a semi-truck, officials later identified the victim as Brown.
Authorities are investigating the fatal pedestrian accident and have not released additional details about the horrific incident.
