SAN JOSE, CA (September 6, 2020) – Saturday morning, a McKee Road crash involving an ambulance killed a pedestrian named Donald Fisher in San Jose.
 
The deadly vehicle and pedestrian crash occurred just before 5:00 a.m. According to the police, the incident happened on McKee Road and Checkers Drive.
 
Moreover, the incident occurred just a few blocks west from Regional Medical Center.
 
After the crash, the ambulance crew quickly stopped and administered life-saving measures on the male pedestrian.
 
Another ambulance responded to transport him to the hospital. Unfortunately, Mr. Fisher later succumbed to his injuries.
 
Meanwhile, the authorities released the identity of the victim as 56-year-old Donald Fisher. According to reports, the incident marks the 29th traffic fatality in San Jose this year and the 13th pedestrian fatality.
