Donald and Donna Frazeur Hospitalized in Grass Valley Wrong Way Accident on Highway 20
GRASS VALLEY, CA (September 29, 2020) – On Saturday night, Liam Webb died in a crash on Highway 20 and East Main Street, leaving Donald and Donna Frazeur hospitalized.
CHP Officer Mike Steele revealed that the crash happened at 11:20 p.m.on Highway 20, near East Main Street in Grass Valley.
According to reports, a driver headed east on the westbound lane of the highway. Then, he crashed head-on with an eastbound vehicle that has the right of way.
As a result of the crash, the wrong-way driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Reports identified him as Liam Webb.
Furthermore, Steele added that authorities believe that alcohol was a factor in the crash. However, this claim remains under investigation.
Also, responders transported two occupants of the second car to Sutter Roseville Medical Center. According to reports, the two parties suffered moderate-to-major injuries.
