Dodge Durango Driver Injured in Interstate 10 Fatal Crash [Phoenix, AZ]

Phoenix, AZ (December 23, 2021) – On Thursday, a Dodge Durango driver sustained injuries in a fatal crash on Interstate 10.

This multi-vehicle crash happened at around 1:30 a.m. at 27th Avenue.

Officers said a boyfriend and girlfriend were arguing while driving separate vehicles. The boyfriend was then driving a pickup truck. He attempted to run the girlfriend’s vehicle off the road.

Unfortunately, the truck driver spun out and drove in the wrong direction, and struck a Dodge Durango. 

The truck driver lost his life at the crash scene.

On the other hand, the man driving the Dodge sustained serious injuries but is expected to survive.

Meanwhile, the involved girlfriend did not suffer injuries as she went off the road.
