2 People Hospitalized in Sand Canyon Auto Accident on Sand Canyon Road near Millmeadow Road

SAND CANYON, CA (June 19, 2024) – Monday night, a disastrous vehicle crash on Sand Canyon Road near Millmeadow Road injured two people.

The incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. on Sand Canyon Road near Millmeadow Road.

According to Deputy Robert Jensen, a Nissan Sedan struck two juveniles who were both riding a horse.

Moreover, responders transported at least two people to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, officers confirmed that the two horses involved in the crash died.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station continued to investigate the crash.
