2 People Hurt in Fresno Auto Accident on Walnut Avenue and Mount Whitney Avenue
FRESNO, CA (November 15, 2023) – On Monday, a disastrous two-vehicle crash on Walnut Avenue and Mount Whitney Avenue injured two people.
The incident happened at the intersection of Walnut Avenue and Mount Whitney Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a northbound 2001 Hyundai Elantra ran a stop sign and collided with a westbound Toyota that had the right of way.
As a result, responders transported the 50-year-old male driver of the Toyota with minor injuries and the 61-year-old male driver of the Hyundai with major injuries to a local hospital for treatment.
Moreover, officers do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
