3 People Hurt in Archer County Auto Accident on US 82 and Business 277
ARCHER COUNTY, CA (April 11, 2024) – Wednesday afternoon, a disastrous two-vehicle crash on US 82 and Business 277 injured three people.
The incident happened at around 12:38 p.m. on US 82 and Business 277.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a northbound Chevrolet truck failed to stop on time and rear-ended a DPS patrol vehicle that was stopped at the stop sign.
Moreover, responders transported the trooper to URHCS for non-life-threatening injuries. Also, officers confirmed that the 24-year-old driver and a 3-year-old passenger of the Chevrolet were not hurt in the crash.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the DPS continued to investigate the crash.
